Basketball and Cornhole Tournaments, Climbing Wall, Archery, Axe Throwing, Soccer, Softball, Basketball and dodgeball tournaments, Frisbee Golf, Volleyball, Fishing, Table Tennis, Foosball, Corn Hole, Mountian Bike Trails, Mtn Bike Pump Track, and Fitness Facility. (**22cal shooting range and paintball are an additional cost and will be available at the event**)

• Campground 50 amp & 30 amp ($220): Bring your camper (water, electric, sewer included). One RV/trailer per site. Each campsite ticket must be purchased as a group (4-6 on a site). Get your friends and buy this ticket together. A short drive (1 mile) to the conference venue, dining hall, and activities.
• Campground Tent Site ($220): Bring your tent (water & electric included). Multiple tents are allowed on each site. Each campsite ticket must be purchased as a group (4-6 on a site). Get your friends and buy this ticket together. A short drive (1 mile) to the conference venue, dining hall, and activities.
• Rustic Camp Cabins ($270): Most cabins sleep 18-20 (bunk style). These are rustic summer camp cabins and offer a shared bathroom in each cabin. It is a short walk to the conference venue, dining hall, and activities. You can request who you’d like to stay with, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Bring your own bedding.
• College Dorms ($320): These are the closest accommodations. On-site with the conference venue, dining hall, and activities. Most dorms sleep 4. Some dorms have shared bathrooms/showers on the floor, and others have private bathrooms in the dorm room. You can request who you’d like to stay with, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. Bring your own bedding.

**IMPORTANT NOTES**

1. Campground tickets will NOT provide tents or campers. You must bring your own. Only ONE camper on each site. Multiple tents are allowed on each site.
2. 30 & 50amp Campground tickets are sold in groups of 4-6. Grab some friends and purchase together.
3. Campground Tent Sites can be purchased as single tickets. We'll do our best to pair churches together, but you may have to make new friends.
4. The conference and conference facilities DO NOT permit smoking, drinking, or pornography. You will forfeit your conference ticket without a refund if you are found with any of the above-mentioned items while on the conference property.

What is Warrior Conference?

Are there minimum age requirements for the event?

Warrior Conference is for men 18 years and older. Young men, 9th grade and older, are welcome to attend the conference but must room with and be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

How early can I arrive on June 5th?

Registration opens at 5pm on June 5th. **ONLY those purchasing a CAMPGROUND ticket will be able to check-in at 3pm on June 5th.

How do I room with specific men from my church?

When purchasing a ticket please list the names of the men you'd like to room with. We cannot guarantee specific room assignments; however, we'll do our best to pair every request. Campground tickets must be purchased as a group so you'll know who's in your tent/RV.

What if I don't know that many people?

You are not alone! Reach out to your Pastor and see if there are other men looking for roommates! We'll do our best to room you with others from your church community. We're confident you'll make some new friends along the way. This is the point of this conference.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Plan plenty of time to arrive prior to our first session at 8pm on Thursday. Carpool options are often available and can be coordinated with your roommates or others from your church! Parking and room assignments will be given at registration on June 6th.

What should I bring to the conference?

• Friends - share our and invite your friends
• Open heart & mind - be ready for God to move in your life like never before
• Bedding, pillow, towel, & toiletries
• Clothes to play games, get dirty, and have fun.

What about dinner on Thursday?

Since men will be arriving at different times and the main session does not begin until 8pm, dinner Thursday night will need to be coordinated on your own. Please feel to bring snacks for in-between meals. There will be snack bars open around the facility at various times.

What's the refund policy?

Refunds will be issued on a case-by-case basis. We will not accept any refunds for any reason after Sunday, May 18th, 2025.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, we will have a record of your ticket when you check-in

Is my ticket transferrable?
